He moved several times to different premises situated all in the same Gran Via area. and finally stayed for decades at Barquillo St. He has always worked on leather accessories, travelling personal effects and luxury bookbindings.

St Ives Bakery is where we usually buy our Cornish pasties from. The shop in is on the corner of Fore Street and The Digey, opposite Gullz R Loud (stockists of our game, The Great St Ives Pasty Dash!). Their pasties are always freshly baked, succulent and packed with flavour. We also like to buy bread, meringues and rocky road whilst we are there!

1. Re: best place to buy spanish herbs and spices. There are various markets in Madrid which could be worth a visit. My local market is La Paz, Calle Ayala, Salamanca. All sorts of goodies are on offer. The supermarket and the gourmet section in El Corte Ingles is also well worth a visit.
